This is just a brilliant book. I really empathised with the characters and could n't wait to find out what was going to happen. The story was narrated through flashbacks when Vida Winter was interviewed by Margaret and a little bit more of the past was revealed making things even more mysterious. A real page turner that will keep you reading until the small hours of the morning.

This a really good read, it keeps you guessing until the end. I really cared what happened to the characters in this book. Very cleverly written. I am quite a slow reader, but I read this in a week, which is good for me!

I totally agree with the review for this book. So often I've started reading a book with a really intriguing beginning only to be let down as I've got further into it. This book, however, lives up to its early promise and really makes you keep on reading to find out how the mystery is going to unwind. I will definitely be reading her next title.
